On my way to work I listen to jazz or classical music something that just puts me in a good vibe. I stay away from toxic people I don’t watch the news or really any tv. And most importantly I speak loudly in the mirror that I’m a good person. That’s important to me cuzz I was a alcoholic monster that did not care about anything. You can change. I did.
