So my question is if AI will eliminate all the threats in cyber security before they will happen why do we still need/ train people in cyber security?

That is not possible, Cybersecurity and cyberthreats/attacks are a balance...you can have a lot of security but there is always a way around it. We need to train people in cybersecurity because they need the base/the known threats, and from there they can improve.
As techology advances and information is more accessible, cybersecurity specialists will be people who can adapt to the threats and mitigate risks...not to 100% risk-free(because it is impossible) but to an extent that a major cyber-attack will not impact the whole business.
