      I also love how they combine war drums with these songs so well that you'd feel like you were there right in the battle. Back in the ancient time, when soldiers fight, they do have a team playing music like this to invigorate them and to raise their morale, and I'd think if these songs were played back at the time, the soldiers would've become fearless!

They nailed everything on the head this time around!

    I gotta admit, jin is the best and strongest dynasty throughout dynasty warriors. This theme music shows the end of the three kingdoms and bringing peace and prisperity throughout ancient china. None of the kingdoms could stop jin. The sima family are so smart and cunning that even zhuge liang, cao shuang, cao mao, jiang wei, and wu fell to a sunder. If u dare challenge jin, you will be annihilated and obliterated.

    • @MrKuger9
      @MrKuger9 8 лет назад +23

      Yeah but you gotta admit, Jin is pretty much made up of the last remnants of Wei. Not to make them sound weak but the only real advantage Jin had over Shu and Wu was Sima Yi and his clansmen's influence plus most of the renowned generals who lived before and the beginning of the three kingdons have already died off from old age, sickness, battle, or even from too much stress. The Sima clan basically took what was left of Wei and made it theres. Whereas Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Sun Ce hand to start from the gound up with NOTHING but a few troops in order to build their kingdoms. Not really impressive if you think about it, just lucky. And oh yeah, if it hadn't rained that day. Zhongda (Sima Yi) would of died by Kongming's (Zhuge Liang) hands. Still, "A dead Zhuge scares away a living Zhongda."

    In real history Liu Bei was possibly the second greatest military mind and leader in the whole country after Cao Cao. Lots of the early stuff that Zhuge Liang gets credited for in the novel was all Liu Bei in actual history. He wasn't the virtuous man he's made out to be in the novel but he's not evil either. There are very few people in real life that were anything like their novel counterpart, especially on the Shu side of things.

    the Jin story line is actually very similar to the Wei story line really as it mostly focuses on how the kingdom came in to being. the Wei story looks at how Cao Cao gained power while technically serving the last Han emperor before his son took over, in the same way Jin looks at how the Sima family effectively took power before forming Jin.

  • @Cusemanmike
    @Cusemanmike 13 лет назад +8

    The Sima Clan..fucking unbelievable. Uniting a country under ONE man's ambition but carried out by his sons. It's quite remarkable. I'm not gonna lie though, back in the three kingdoms era I was rooting for Shu but by Jin Shu was just relentlessness in their campaigns led by Jiang Wei and each proved more pathetic then the next. By the 4th invasion I was like "Dude really? I'm sorry man but you're just not going to succeed. ." It was a disappointment but as for the sima clan....utterly brilliant

Now albeit though I could never put anyone over my favorite kingdom being Wu, gotta love the Sun family for sure but at almost 9 games I wonder if they'll complete the family and give Sun Jian his wife as for a kingdom that revolves around family it sure isn't complete. I mean heck even Sima Yi creater of Jin kingdom got his wife in DW8 which was the 2nd game that Jin was in.

    Just listening to this just took me back when I became a DW fan. Even now, just thinking about it over the years since the first official DW, Koei has made a long journey to make it this far. 100s of scenarios that were non-fiction or just maybe even a twist, new characters that came along the way, and THIS IS IT! DW7 scored it to the real ending of the 3 kingdoms with Jin dynasty. Dynasty Warriors is my life. Period.

      Let Jin have its moment of glory. (Especially in the Hypothetical Route offered in DW8)

      @Sima Yi It's truly a shame that Sima Yi's descendants didn't really learn from his example. One would think the Jin Dynasty might have lasted even longer, certainly, if the War of the Eight Princes never happened in the middle of it all.

    I just want everyone to know that I loved the story and history of this so much that I went ahead and bought the Three Kingdoms foreign tv series (2010) off Amazon and even though I'm not a fan of foreign films, yet I don't mind reading English subtitles even if it's decently translated, I gotta say it's AMAZING. I might even go so far as to purchase the BOOK and I am not a fan of reading at all. DW is amazing for its story telling. Anyone who disagrees, just doesn't appreciate history. Simple.

    @geminiwolf91 Jin is the dynasty created after The Three Kingdoms ended, found by Sima Yan, grandson of Sima YI, Sima Zhao's son,
    KOEI put Sima Yi into Jin's roster because he pretty much the one who seized most of the power in Wei after Cao Pi's death, and created opportunity for his successors to take control of the land, just like Cao Cao with Wei.

    @TheDeisasori No I think they make their decisions based on time, popularity, and or the impact they had because Dian Wei(197), Yuan Shao(203?), Lu Bu(198), Zhang Jiao(184) all died early but they were important and other non characters who were important was Cao Rui (Wei emperor) and Sima Hui (evaluator of Zhuge Liang and Pang Tong) in addition many of my listed characters lived a pretty long time, (i.e. Zhu Ran, Zhang Bao, Liao Hua)....

    I've played this series since DW3 XL (my first dynasty warriors game ever since the original 3 wasn't in stock wayyyyy back when) and I gotta say, I am fascinated with history and i play games for the story and I gotta say, even though DW's gameplay is repetitive (yet i can't stop?) the story is what puts me in awe. Even if exaggerated it's very entertaining. DW7 told the story in the best way yet and Jin was EXHILARATING, This final battle ^^^, when the song kicked on i got an adrenaline rush!

    In the DW games and the novel Liu Bei never wanted the imperial throne. He was convinced by Zhuge Liang and all of his advisors to declare himself Emperor, and that was in response to Cao Pi overthrowing Emperor Xian and taking power for himself.
    Liu Bei is of Han royal lineage, he's the "Imperial Uncle." He genuinely wanted to restore the Han, not rule it. But by that point the Han was beyond saving or restoration.

    @Maragriz mostly. I do agree that its in many ways one of the best DW games. It does follow the novel most of the time but its still got those bits here and there that bug me like Guan Suo living past the Nanman campaign. In order for it to truly be the best DW game ever it needs to have individual stories. If thats done then I will completely agree with you.

    tbh i haev dw7, got it on day it came out in uk, played it non stop, finished story mode, and conquest, and am working on 100% completion. This is by far the most accurate of dynasty warriors. Everything is included that previous ones left out. Sun Ce's true cause of death being the mystic Yu Ji, as opposed to getting killed by arrows in 6. The sima families rise to power, and how they seized control over Cao Shuang. Guan Yu's death actually has zhang feis death too. All based on ROTK

    I think the reason why XL didn't come out on 360 was two small reasons, and this is just my hypothesis. The PS3 system featured a stop-n-swap disc where you switch from DW7XL to the DW7 so that your saved file from DW7 can be transferred to XL along with Coop Story mode, Conquest mode, Weapons and DLC weapons, and your characters' stats. I don't know if the 360 ever had that built-in feature. PC maybe, but PS3 is the most sold hardware in Japan. So they go with what sales more.
