it is sad I have to put this, but if you do something wrong you could damage your machine or hurt yourself or someone else.
I used this pump to replace the pump on a Ecell 3100 PSI pump. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxEU8wdEWW31diRsOawsCNfWEho39M27qd The model # is PWZ0163100.02 for those looking for a matching pump. It went on very easily - 10 minutes at most. Feels like a lot more power than the original but that's to be expected. Can't tell a difference when cleaning with the wand or floor sprayer. Would recommend as it was cheaper than most I found. The maintenance free aspect is definitely a plus too. Have used it through about 6 tanks of gas and have zero issues so far.
Finally got round to fitting mine. Had to raise my van floor too so wasn’t an easy 2 minute job 😂

Where would you connect the pressure washer? Does it fit a Karcher K2
My general pump came with an L fitting on the inlet of the reel with a female tip so i cant directly thread in the 50’ hose. Do you know the size of the L fitting? Ill need to replace with male with m22 14 but dont know the size to the actual reel.
Thanks for sharing. Would definitely recommend the non kranzel hose with the smaller 90 degree connection to the reel as that big connection on the official hose can make it awkward. Good tip about buying spare o rings too.
Certainly non genuine hoses are cheaper, we set these hose reels to fit the original kranzle hose as we predominantly sell Kranzle machines that come with Original Kranzle hoses so I think is fair not to ask a customer to buy hose to fit the reel if they already own one 👍
However if you are not using a Kranzle hose we can and will set this reel up for any machine any connection 😎 Just ask

Does this reel fit the kobrajet 3/8 hose ? I have never used one of these before are they easy to start wrapping it around this reel
It will fit a 3/8 diameter hose but you will only fit around 15m, also depends on the couplings at the end of your 3/8 hose
Mate do you sell any that would fit a marcher k4 I bought a 50m hose with quick connects and guns to do all around the house and cars but can’t find a decent reel

Hello mate what do I need for the bottom inlet, Im guessing the top inlet is M22, I have seen some that are M22 to M14 that looks to be the ones but wanted to check before buying it, one of the last things I need for my build now

If you bought the hose reel from us, the hose on the reel is M22 the fitment at the bottom for the pigtail hose to the machine is 3/8" m so the hose needed is 3/8" female, hope this helps
Is there a way to adjust the tension of the reel. It is hard to turn even with no hose on it.
I would strip and clean the full swivel once you take it off you can completely strip the hose reel off to see if you can see anything trapping
Would the pigtail hose connect a Kranzle K1152 to a static wall mounted hose, bypassing the integrated reel? Then if you wanted to use the K1152 somewhere else you could reconnect the intergrated hose reel and off you go…
The simplest and quickest method is, use your existing hose on the 1152tst reel as the pigtail, fit quick release to your gun, end of your existing hose reel hose, the pigtail & the end of the manual hose reel hose so you can quickly disconnect and use, it is possible to get coupling to remove the hose reel off the machine but it would be a 15/20min job every time you need to change

I've been using it with the Grey end into the machine for ages and the Black end into my gun, should I reverse them?
The grey end of the hose is an swivel coupling that will let the hose swivel under the gun so it won’t tangle

I've bought 3 hoses from Amazon and all have like 6 inch kink protectors so the initial bend is too big it keeps catching on the bottom it's infuriating

The way we set this type of hose reel up, perfectly fits the Original Kranzle 20m hose 👍
What’s the gold connector on the reel connecting the hose? The bent connector.
The hose reel as standard does not come with the couplings or hose, It is something extra that Aquaspray do so that the original kranzle hose fits

We do use 1/4 hose so that 20m can fit easily / if using 3/8 hose a max of 15m will fit

probably be better having a short whip hose then connect your main hose inside the reel. let the whip blow and replace that rather than your main hose.

@@KranzlePressureWashers @Kranzle Pressure Washers buy a small piece of hose half a meter or so.
screw that into the 90 degree elbow (3/8th male you`d need) and then your kranzle end to that once through to the centre of the reel. (3/8th female and have an m22 adapter or what ever kranzle use)
let the bad bend be on the whip hose not on your main hose (it will be more a loop than with that great big plastic end anyhow). it`ll be cheaper to replace if it ever does blow on you.
Can a 50 ft hose fit? Or a 35?

What’s the small hose called ?
Everyone has a different name for it, it’s just a short high pressure hose, we call it a pigtail hose or connecting hose

This reel is classed as a 15m reel for 3/8” hose but can easily take 20m original kranzle 1/4” hose 👍
