something i really like sin the movie was when mario was doing parkour and it made the camera angle look like the super mario games, like camera at the side, THAT was really cool
When it comes out you can make the scenes in N64 but separated and put them together with a playlist to avoid copyright or even a lawsuit! Unless that's not how it works.

As a actual n64 owner, i think the models could run on real hardware but the animations are too smooth, specifically the scene with bowser ripping luigis mustache off and DK fighting mario. If the animations were less smooth and more sprites were used instead of 3d models, it could possibly run on n64 hardware.
Very well done. I would figure if you'd construct Peach's driving suit out of thin air, then it should've been all right to recolor her dress for being Fiery, though, eh? Also, I appreciate all the polygon work to build all those racers in their karts, but I've gotta say the _Mario Kart 64_ sprites would've looked more fitting methinks.
