I bought from the gallery your piece ‘Unattainable’ (the original) a few months ago. Hanging in my sitting room it has drawn much admiration and keen interest from all who encounter it.

PHENOMENAL!! I feel like this is the most valuable art tutorial I have ever watched. For me, being an artist can sometimes feel so solitary. You hear about times other artists have doubted themselves or had a difficult time getting something quite right. But honestly, seeing you question yourself so honestly was amazing for me. I always love watching you draw, and think your content is amazing. But hearing the internal process for this piece was clutch. Thank you.

Even great artists struggle! I love it that you're transparent with your minute by minute thought process. I feel better about my work now that I see that sometimes even you struggle with eyes lol

I taught Graphic Design for over 40 years in a technical high school. I know God-given talent when I see it. Just ordered a print of Through His Blood. Well done.

Thank you for sharing another amazing piece. I just started charcoal drawing a couple of months ago after watching you work and it’s helping me loosen up. Great to see your honest struggles and triumphs as you find these pieces so quickly in a frantic dance of give and take. I enjoy your narration as much as your artwork. Keep ‘em coming 🪨🗒️🩶😃👍🏻

You are not showing me anything but technique at this point. There is no individual to see if there is any likeness whatsoever. So what are you really demonstrating.

Josh doesn't usually show the reference photograph because he doesn't go for exact likenesses. I'm other videos he's said that he sometimes uses multiple reference images and takes bits of each to create something more unique.
