That's a thing? Not sure where to join. I'll look into it. I assume it's part of our champion program, which means I should be able to weasel my way in.
do you know where can i get help for apstra configuration, because last time i asked JTAC about apstra, they said they only know EX, QFX, MX and SRX product only
When did you ask? We absolutely support Apstra through JTAC. Your local Juniper account team should be able to help you. I might be able to help as well if you don't mind sharing your questions with me here in the comments.
@@5minutejunos Hi, right now i can't even create the case using my QFX serial number that already registered using apstra license, it said "Software Support Reference Number (SSRN) you entered is supported by your Juniper Support Specialist Partner and not by Juniper Technical Support" and about my issue, right now im trying to establish BGP peering with Fortinet Firewall with active-standby mode, so i create 2 aggregation ethernet interface pointing to each active and standby firewall, each ae interface has 2x10G links. and then i create connection template using "BGP over L2 Connectivity" primitives, i use /29 for p2p IP, then apply it to my ae interface i create before. after i commit all the configuration, apstra automatically create 2 seperate Floating IPs and protocol sessions, i only need just one, because i just configure one BGP peering at fortinet side, and also there is just one firewall that active at one time because of active standby mode. so how do i delete one of floating IPs and protocol sessions, because it creates anomaly on my apstra dashboard, i also already use configlet to delete the extra BGP configuration, but the anomaly still showing at apstra dashboard thanks before Egi
