I'm a pakistani living in the states. Love all these beautiful homes you showcase, especially with the architects explaining the details. I do have a question though. Is Vastu considered a religious practice in HInduism?

Vastu is not a religious practice per se.. It is science of better living. Vastu is basically building the house in such a way to leverage the the full potential of the Sunlight, air breeze, tree shades, etc... You can say it is an ancient architecture in harmony with nature..
And mind you, Hinduism is NOT exactly a religion.. Because there is no prophet/founder, no single scripture (but many)... Even a Atheist or Agnostic can be a perfect Hindu...
Hinduism has given Vastu shashtra, Yoga, Ayurveda, etc which are for human well being.

Too much of everything. Too materials these designs have become, like Architects are just designing picturesque or instagrammable spaces rather creating a more harmonious spaces for inhabitants. #Architecturepollution is on the great rise in India.

The floor plan is good and smartly designed but the interior , landscape and other aesthetics are not worth for such house . Thesy should have used some natural ,/ rustic or traditional theme instead of modern. Also court yard could be filled with more naturl plants and any other shaped staircase its really not getting along .
