Hi! Recently purchased this for our store and until it needed to be updated, all was well. Now it needs to be updated to be used with the 12 and up and unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how to do so. I have found precisely zero information on how to do so for the R200 and what I have found as far as its update files go...never work. I'm hoping you or a kind viewer here can help me out.
Also, if i have a older tool which i have 2 others but they both go up to 11 pro max, do these devices get updated and able to sell the newer connectors for the newer iphones OR do i have to just keep paying for these new devices that come out ? I have the quanli apollo and icopy
lol somebody messed up whilst removing that screen those types of lines don't appear from regular damage I know because I've messed up when removing a screen on the 12 and newer. Those lines appear when you've messed up.

I believe this specific programmer does not, but it's possible with others

lol you must not have done many iphone screens and im guessing it takes you 30 to 45 minutes just to do one lol
