The game was poorly designed compared to the first 2 which looked elegant, especially SF1! This feels like it was made in 96, but released in 2001. The graphics are poor and the voice acting is bad during the in game cutscenes. Especially when lian and Gabe reprise the dialogue from the cutscene from SF1 intro cutscene.
