But as you embrace the release, you find freedom and a sense of bravery too. It's about accepting life's changes and challenges, knowing that what stays will find a way, and what comes will paint new colours in your life.
Once you master letting go, you'll feel lighter, allowing space for acceptance, balance, and peace.

if you find yourself looking for meaning, or something that makes "sense" in this life, then your focusing on the wrong thing. the purpose of life is to live it, so immerse yourself within the experience of life. enjoy the folly of the experience rather than fight against injustice, karma, or luck. none of those things exist anywhere other than within our minds as we attempt to justify the experience. learn, love, and accept what we have. if you don't care for where you are in life, then change it to something else that allows you to enjoy the experience. in the end, we all die. all paths lead us to the same destination. what we do while we're here though, we get to decide, we get to lead (for the most part). even within tragedy, we remain the manifestation of our individual experience...... live it....... love it...... learn from it and move within the experience........
Agreed. The path we seek, the meaning we crave exists within us. Take a step, and then another. This is your path, unique to you, and the meaning of life is what you bring to it, while remaining open to the messages of the Universe. Listen. Wait. Most of all, just “be” and love.

This is such an expression of Grace, I can only hope to grasp life in this way. When I occasionally glimpse the truth of my transitory nature I am reminded of Carlos Castaneda’s words that death is always just two paces behind me, over my shoulder. To hear someone describe the realization, in concrete terms, of that truth is at once deeply challenging and opening to my heart. Ultimately, I think that we are each poured back into the earth, and it is unspeakably joyful and sorrowful, all at once, to see it clearly. Thank you for producing this video, it is a teaching.

If ever I've got cancer, I know for a fact that I would have the same reasoning as this men does: karma. Even if I don't believe in God or anything like that. He is right, that answer would relieve me from the anxiety. But deep inside ,I know there is no reason, because cancer happens to million of people, no matter who they are, good or not so much. Because we have a body and that's what a body does. So there are no reasons, it just happens because it happens. But that's hard to accept.

The one thing that was missing before I met my own misfortune, I think, was love. For a few years I searched for the why, so I have several to chose from. Then I stopped asking why, when I kept meeting and conquering death. Because I WAS supposed to be dead a long time ago. Rong teaches us what we should focus on, and how fleeting life really is.
I wish, also, I had a friend like Rong Liang Chia today. At least we get a part of him here. I wish him peace along the way, and love.

I always tell people that if you are healthy, you have no reason to be upset at all. Dont get me wrong, your feelings are still valid over something gone wrong but dont dwell on it too much. If you can wake up, breathe, move your hands and legs, EAT. Yeah. Be grateful. You are healthy and can work. I nearly died from medical gaslighting. Had an intrahepatic gallbladder deformity that nearly killed me in 2020. Before that year it was 20+ years of non stop nausea, gagging, food sensitivity. We all thought I had some rare disorder but no. It was just a deformity. Much better now but still a bit so and so with health after suffering for so long. Got invited to talk about it for a podcast. I would do anything to be healthy**

I think this video has touched me the most and that’s saying a lot bc so many of them make me tear up. He’s right. We never know about how much time we have left. So I’m going to live as good a life as I can in the meantime. Peace to this man up in Heaven.

Everything is karma but really hard to guess at what stage in your" lives' you acquired enough Karma for illness and that said illness has a way of burning Karma.Two years in with pancreatic cancer is better than most outcomes so you're probably doing all the right things to mitigate suffering at least as much as possible❤❤❤

Rongs journey really got to me, we have lost many in my family due to cancer and other end stage diseases and still listening to Rong makes my heart ache. Not sure if anyone here also followed the journey of Juliana Carver who passed in 2016, it definitely changes the mindset. God rest all of their souls 🕊️
