Or you just want simply to make a livery on Lufthansa ? i'm making a similar Dash Q400 recently, and i'm doubt and afraid of the scale problem dervied from plan, because i probably could not have a successful take off if i don't make the wing bigger and longer, since it's whatecer a scale model, so i hav to make the wing bigger longer in span, in order to give a success take off ! What do you think?
Hey there, thanks! I wanted to do a Q400 even before buying the kit. I was very lucky to even fly on a Q400 Cockpit (jumpseat) for one whole day!!! To your model: you can just increase the depth of the wing - not the span. If you use a ClarkY 15% profile in the centre and ClarkY12% at the tip of the wing, you should be fine. Take a look at my ATR72 here, and you can see that it works for a 2,5kg aeroplane.
