@@urosbodanec6302 Uh so what exactly is your point? The same can be said that Martinez can be happy playing with Varane.. Varane covers areas where Martinez is lacking, and vice-versa.. They complement each other. And stats do show Varane wins double the aerial balls compared to Martinez i.e. 18 versus 9.
Can`t think of a more effective center half in the country at the moment. The man has everything, breks up attacks, starts attacks and don`t even get me started on his tackling and positioning. He is a beast.

He is always in the right place at the right time, his positioning is excellent, and he is athletic and composed on the ball with a great pass range. When you see a defender that gets hit by the ball so often, it's because he always covers the angles perfectly. His influence on the team is immense.
