How to Fix Connection Issues of Marshall Minor III?

Everyone be aware, if you already have the latest firmware (current as at July 2023), the light doesn't go red after the long press anymore, it goes green. But the whole process in the video is still the same.

I have problems with MARSHALL's MINOR III because I do hear the audio in both headphones, but when making a call it does not link with the MINOR III; I don't know if my cell phone has anything to do with it since it's a Motorola Edge 40

My left earbud Marshal motif ANC is broken so I decided to order left on eBay, now I'm trying to connect them but theyr not pairing, can it work together, cause there living there own life, I can simply connect them to each other

i am, i manage to connect with bluetooth, but the app can't find my earphones.

I take it you must have android yes? The app doesn't work with android right now but they have fixed it for apple. what I did for my husband is I disconnected the earbuds from the app and just connected them with the bluetooth on the phone along this video and it worked.
