If you use the Opera web browser (as opposed to Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or the like), there's an option that allows to download almost any video straight through the browser itself by just right-clicking on the video. I can't quite remember if you there's an option for downloading only the sound, but that's just a hop-skip-and-a-jump away if you have the video.

There are a few sites that convert RUclips Videos to mp3s if you want just this song. Zamzar was shut down a few months ago but there are a few other converter sites like youtube-mp3 that still work. Ripping the video off of NicoDouga took a different program that I can't actually remember the name of right now.
