Hi! Just a tip for your new microphone, I noticed in some videos u have it pointing at your mouth(speaking into the top) but that's not how ur supposed to use it, the yeti is a side address microphone meaning the sound is actually picked up from the front. Ik it can be tempting to point a microphone directly at your mouth cuz it seems right lol, but alot of mic's are actually made to be talked into from the sides. Hope I helped 🤙🏽
Yea someone commented under the Winter ❄️ video and schooled me real quick lol. When this one goes live you’ll see that I moved it..but still needed to adjust😅. This is my 1st mic so I’m learning a lot. Thank you for the assist!
Hey my rasta friend, how r u doing? Lol. Love hearing ur new tips all the time. Keep bringing new tips out there to help the loc community. Very helpful and loving ur beautiful locs. Congratulations on your anniversary coming up! 💜✌🏾🤞🏾
Yayy I'm bouta try this. Question though, how do you go to sleep w hair that's not all the way dry and it not stinking? Feel like my hair would be soo quick to stink if I did this lol you think it's different for everybody or you have a certain way of doing it?
I would get a mount for your mic to angle it towards you just like how they have it on podcast, but then when and if you do get a mount for your mic you'll want to have a desk set up ...at least thats how I am
@@SammyDaGawd 😊 Thank you for answering! Im 4 months loc'd & my locs are doing great & growing fast thanks to your tips! That hooded dryer is DEFINITELY a life saver, can't thank you enough for the recommendations. Ill definitely try the ACV rinse! ☺️ Thanks again
Hey ... I have a quick question. So my hair develops flakes. I think it's dead skin but I am not sure, it might be dandruff. Oil does not help much. Anyone have any advice?
My daughter's scalp was like that. I switched up her routine and now mist her hair and scalp every day, but only apply oil to her locs (not her scalp). The only time I add oil to her scalp is when I re-twist after shampooing. I also rinse her with diluted acv after every shampoo. My guess is that some ppl are sensitive to oils, so I use it sparingly on her scalp.
Flaking is a sign of dryness. Make sure you’re watering it. I spray my scalp and locs with water then coat it with oil every other day. Doing that, I have minimized my dandruff.
I knew once I loc’d my hair I’d be right back on this video. Love you Sammmyyyy
Yaaay!! 🫶🏽
