Bring on Da Func Part I (CircuitPython School)

We'll start our discussion of Functions in Python by using CircuitPython to write functions with no arguments, and with multiple arguments. We'll also discuss the concept of DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself), refactoring, and why functions make code more efficient.
