      Gisela....I wonder who Mariah is that the adopted daughter mentioned when speaking of cleaning the house ( 1:04:00 ). She seemed to cut the name short a bit and get a little nervous when she said it. The females in the house were her, London and Avantae (who I believe she also referred to as Ava). It also couldn't be one of the boys with that name as she specifically said the boys would be sleeping while they cleaned.

I strongly believe that foster and adopted children should be obligatory enrolled in public schools and ongoing therapy at all times so at least one adult would have an eye on them and their daily habits outside the home. Homeschooling, while valid, should not be allowed at all for children who at any time were wards of state. The state literally just dumped them on their butcher's doorstep and washed their hands!

When I asked why they said I was non compliant with foster care. First of all there are 5 reasons for an EMERGENCY removal. One is SUBSTANTIAL NON COMPLIANCE AND THE CHILDS LIFE IS IN DANGER! Not only was I absolutely compliant, there was no emergency! She lied in order to get the judge to sign an emergency removal bypassing my right to speak to the judge, bypassing all policies, and bypassing everyone else above her who could have stopped it! Sadly their marrige didnt work out and she stopped the process which is so sad because she'd would make the most loving mother but she would have had to work and didnt think it was fair to the child as much as it broke her heart.

      Not really. Once it gets to the point of adoption they're treated as though it's their own kids and there's no investigation until someone calls. I'm a cps worker in Canada and we have moved away from adoptions for this reason. We will seek long term orders so we can still have some oversight. We also are supposed to see the child once a month, alternating between with the caregiver and separate from caregiver but that's our policy, not sure what theirs is. Many people can be amazing up until adoption and there would be no red flags at that time. But once adoption goes through there's no oversight but we also don't pay once adoption goes through, they just collect the Canada child tax credit like everyone does with children, and it's not a whole lot.

    It’s so upsetting to hear these stories. These children’s services entities remove children from their parent’s care just to have them be abused and starved when they were far better off in the home they started out in. Why would they allow the children to go for visits with the bio family if they’re so negligent?!?! Makes no sense! If it’s safe for them to go for visits then it’s safe for them to go home with their families as long as there’s a safety net in place. Most times the families just need some help and resources. That poor momma😢
    Yikes that thing sure isn’t starving now is It?! I can’t imagine It coming after those poor babies😢 I have no doubt It will get precisely what It has coming, whether it be by the government or by another inmate. I firmly believe in cases like this the bio parents should get first dibs on the defendant!!! Let them decide what they want to do with It.

I’m a teacher and we are mandated reporters, we have to report child abuse. Most of us consider it an almost sacred duty. Now that abusers can “homeschool “ there is nobody standing in the gap, these poor babies have nobody looking out for them. We need to change these laws asap!

    I think as biological parents you can't just expect society to care for your kids when you fail at parenting. Your kids just won't mean as much to strangers, there will be predators. I believe the responsibility should be first and foremost with the biological parents. Without their neglect, the kids would not have been in a vulnerable position in the first place.

      Im sorry but thats BS. Im adopted and i can assure you my birth mother 100% did the right thing for me as much as it broke her heart. I wasnt neglected until i was in the foster system and thankfully i was only there for a few mo ths before my parents adopted me. There are many, many different reasons why people choose adoption and the should not be judged or shamed for it. Its the biggest act of selfless love a mother can give her baby if she feels she cant care for her baby for whatever reason.

Im sure you can read between the lines. She did ut to protect me. Theres more good adoption stories but you dont hear about those. In the UK you get mo ey to foster but not when you adopt. I think if that was the case in the states these cases may drop because if theyre doing it solely for money they wont adopt theyll foster and CPS should absolutely be checking on foster children on a regular basisu and you take the children aside and speak to them alone so if there are issues youbcan sort them there and then.

    Doesn't the FBI get called immediately regarding a child going missing under suspicious circumstances? Or is that state to state? I was under the impression that every state country-wide assigns an endangered missing child's case over to the FBI as lead investigators immediately... regardless of their location potentially being moved across state lines.

    A "Home School" isn't a school. It's a parent schooling children at home, registered with the municipality where they live, which means SHE HAD CHILDREN BEFORE SHE ADOPTED THESE ONES!!

    • @MKUltra42
      @MKUltra42 6 дней назад

      It depends on where you live. I think it’s pretty uncommon for parents to have to register their “home school” with anyone. Homeschool lobbies are HUGE and have many republican friends in state legislatures and they fight tooth and nail against any kind of regulation. These days “unschooling” is a big thing. Kids get to be teenagers and still don’t know how to read or do basic math.
      It’s easier for these psycho parents to have complete control over their families when the kids can’t function in society.
