Nice work! - you did the correct steps by removing the fill pug first - if you ever drain the fluid out only to find the fill plug seized, it makes for a bad day

Going to be doing this on my 99 civic ex. Places want to charge $200 plus to do it. And I read do not do a tranny flush on these older cars. I have had mine going on 3 years and never had done. Shifts very good. I was told don’t freak out if you have some metal in the old fluid. If you see big chunks that is a problem. Ohio I lived there all my life. Moved to Indiana and I hate it. Eventually moving back. Going to have a friend help me do this . The tubing you’re using to put the fluid back in I’m guessing the auto parts store sell lol

Jennifer you can buy some fuel line (¼ in diameter & about 2' long) at a hardware store and a shampoo pump at Sally's (1 liter bottle sized pump) and pump your fluid in smoothly. I purchased both for around $5 😁 good luck, this video saved me!

17 mm socket for the filler plug.

Yes, the SI called for 1.9 to 2.3 qts of Honda MTF

Unbelievable....it was done on the side od the road. Ive never seen such stupidity. Then when someone crashes into you people will say " oh he was such a good person...how could this have happened ?" Now we know. No brains.

That was a clip of when the axle snapped, the fluid exchange was done in a driveway off of the road
