I started re - reading the ram chandra series today. You know, I am very bad at comparing books I like. But according to me Scion of ikshvaku was amazing. Especially the intriguing conversation of Ram and Vashishtha about the feminine and masculine way of life, that conversation made me fall in love with the book.
Amazing video as always. The amount of hard work she puts in her video is real. I mean she had already read the first book (n didn't liked it) but in order to give proper justice to the vlog, she read it again. Best and the most honest booktuber💖 Waiting for the Percy Jackson vlog 💖
It's so good to see your vlogs and review videos. I love the way you aptly explain characters, plot and other things of the book. I am binge watching your videos. It's so good to listen to you. Keep the good work going. ❤️ From Karnataka.
You are one of the best Indian youtubers ! I have one request for you . Can you make a video on greek mythology books ?? Waiting for your response eagerly !!
Great work mam , I like your videos a lot , I request to make make a video on Best books on investment Book to to improve our language Thankyou so much
Amish tends to put philosophy in his books , which some people like and some dont ,,,and yes writing is really simple but its always fun to read for me.
I didn't like Scion of Ikshvaku either and then didn't pick other books in the series. I don't know how you manage these 24 hours readathons. It seems like such a daunting task to me.
Oooooo, you did the work for me. I've been intrigued by the books but I don't know, something put me off but now I'm intrigued to read them? Maybe closer to the next release in the series. 😂 I know a lot of people have been waiting for it to happen for a while now. 😂
Hahaha, yeah I have no idea when that's going to be. Though, do be vary that his writing style isn't the best. It's super literal and he doesn't leave anything up for interpretation. I just like his take on the Ramayana, so it was interesting to read his perspective. But his prose has a long way to go!
That child is indeed Sita. The course this series is taking is mainly the course of 'Adbhut Ramayan' where Sita kills Raavan. I think it will happen in this series too this event will solidify her as Vishnu.
@@fandomnewbie though creative liberties are taken in this book yet Amish has left enough hints that Sita's character in this series is based on the Adbhut Ramayan. And also Raavan which she kills in this variant of Ramayan is Sahasra Raavan (Raavan with thousand heads).
the Ramchandra series is awesome I read sita first, then issued ram chandra from my school library but it was raavan that made me mad I went totally berserk at the end.. I loved them.
I love reading alot but from the past few months have been going through a reading slump. But now after watching your videos i m back again to my first love ❤️ .. Thank u soo much..
Arrey I said I was "skim/fast reading" it. Which means I literally just read the main parts of the book, because I also said in the vlog that I had read that book earlier..
I loved raavan and I would give it a 4.6 because there were many things but I liked Samichi being the villian supporting raavan because kumbhakaran helped her escape from child prostituition
Amish's writing and prose on general is very very weak and dry. It is like spoon feeding the reader, instead of showing stuffs as it happens, he just tells it happened. And the side characters are pretty weakly formed. Given that I highly respect his ideas in regards to his world building which is very original. But the prose is a heavy let down. Only thing going for it is the humanizing of godly characters which Amish does with some little flair that his writing allows
Who found her randomly and couldn't stop seeing her videos
Me!!!!!!!!😅
That's me.
Me too 😍
That's meeeeee

It's so good to see your vlogs and review videos. I love the way you aptly explain characters, plot and other things of the book. I am binge watching your videos. It's so good to listen to you. Keep the good work going. ❤️ From Karnataka.

The way you explain .. wonderful 👌🏻
Amish tends to put philosophy in his books , which some people like and some dont ,,,and yes writing is really simple but its always fun to read for me.
Nice. I also had the same thought about scion of ikshvaku.
🙌🏽😊😊
Nice vlog! Hey what's the face pack u used, would u mind sharing the product name? Ur face literally glowing after using it :)
It's the Biotique Fruit Pack. I love using it!!
@@fandomnewbie Thank you sweets! 😊 You & your vlogs are awesome.. keep going.❤
I'm so glad I found this. I was so confused whether I should start Ramchandra series or not. Now I will be reading this soon. Thankyou for vlog ❤️❤️
Loved the vlog.. and totally agree with you the repetitions do annoy.. i loved the books in the series in the order of 2>3>1
Thank you so much! Yes, the repetitions got damn annoying after some time.
Di , what is the app you used for tracking the book? Pls let me knw
It's called Goodreads :)
I've put a link to my profile in the description if you want to follow me!
I think Amish sir should write about Jatayu as his next book in ram chandra series..
Ooooh, that seems cool!!
Which App was that, it was great book keeping
I didn't like Scion of Ikshvaku either and then didn't pick other books in the series.
I don't know how you manage these 24 hours readathons. It seems like such a daunting task to me.
how u read the books fast?
Even I found Raavan to be the best book of the series ❤️
Anand Neelakantan has also done a wonderful job of retelling the Ramayana with his book Asura. I loved it 😍
Yess!! I've heard so much about that book! Will check it out.
Ravan is the best literary work among the three..
Thank you for sharing a brief summary of the story.
Yo this is so cool. I am reading it atm and love it. I think the series is 5 books long.
Yes, it has 5 books. Happy reading!! 😊
Oooooo, you did the work for me. I've been intrigued by the books but I don't know, something put me off but now I'm intrigued to read them? Maybe closer to the next release in the series. 😂 I know a lot of people have been waiting for it to happen for a while now. 😂

Yay! Thank you! ❤️
Great job 🥰😍
So should i read 1st book!!?? Is there connection between books??
I was just laughed out loud u know when Sita says that no one should be byomkesh to find that out like it was a silly joke that she gve
Any idea on book 4 launch date?
Not sure, though Amish has been publicising it on his IG, so maybe soon?
That child is indeed Sita. The course this series is taking is mainly the course of 'Adbhut Ramayan' where Sita kills Raavan. I think it will happen in this series too this event will solidify her as Vishnu.
Ohh really? I didn't know that, but it makes total sense!
@@fandomnewbie though creative liberties are taken in this book yet Amish has left enough hints that Sita's character in this series is based on the Adbhut Ramayan. And also Raavan which she kills in this variant of Ramayan is Sahasra Raavan (Raavan with thousand heads).
I 🤔 the relationship between Vashistha and viswamitra sounds similar to Dumbledore and Grindlewald 😊👍
DID SHE COMPLETE A BOOK IN AN HOUR!!! GOD! How can someone do that!
She actually did very fast reading I th 🤔
I like the Cover of all the three books 👍
Will there be movies on Ram Chandra series?🤔
6.10, App name plz...
Goodreads :)
@@fandomnewbie thank you so much
Same thoughts on the first book - Scion of Ikshvaku. I started with Sita but left it somewhere 😕 After watching your video, I think I’ll restart ♥️
Ohh, nice!! Hope you like it on your re-read :)
raavan is breathtaking honestly....
I was waiting to see your reaction on the end of Sita, 😀
I think that this is humourous book
Hahaha, yeah it was quite a cliffhanger!!
@@fandomnewbie hahahaha..I didn't read it but I guessed through your video.
Gosh, I've got some catching up to do!
Hello Guys,
which one is better
the shiva trilogy
OR
the ramchandra series
I personally liked Ramchandra series more - because I really enjoyed the books based on Sita and Raavan.
Great vlog!!!!
Thank you so much!!
I am planning to read, so should we go in chronological order to read this series?
Yes, definitely read it in chronological order to understand the story better.
To develop intrest u can start with Ravan then Sita then Ram..
the Ramchandra series is awesome I read sita first, then issued ram chandra from my school library but it was raavan that made me mad I went totally berserk at the end.. I loved them.
I really loved Raavan, vedvati was so cute, her death and the followong actions of Raavan at that time with those kids were very truly justified.
Bhai tune spoiler hag diya 😭
I love reading alot but from the past few months have been going through a reading slump. But now after watching your videos i m back again to my first love ❤️ .. Thank u soo much..
Please do a horror recommendations video. 🎃👻
I haven't read many horror books. But will try to do one once I actually do read them.
you just read a whole book in one hour? Are you shaktiman or something!! 🙄
Arrey I said I was "skim/fast reading" it. Which means I literally just read the main parts of the book, because I also said in the vlog that I had read that book earlier..
🌟
😊😊😊
I disagree with your opinion on Ram: Scion of Ikshvaku. It is really wonderful.
That's okay. We can agree to disagree 😊
Did anyone read war of lanka?
It took me 10 days to finish ram and you finished whale series in 24 hours😮
Super video 👍
Thank you!!!
I ll Ike the ending of the 2 nd book where Samichi becomes evil and tries to kill Sita 🤔
I have ordered Dharma By Amish.. worth a read or not?
I haven't read it actually..
I am so happy that you made this video
I'm so happy you liked it!!! 😊
😊😊❤
I 🤔the dialogues of this book is very good 🌆
Read Valmiki's Ramayana in 3 parts
Sure! Is it easy to read? As in the translation?
Read Devdutta Pattnaik's research works
I've read Jaya and I absolutely loved it! Will give this a try too!
Hard agree on your thoughts about mythological characters using genZ lingo being cringy 😂
I loved raavan and I would give it a 4.6 because there were many things but I liked Samichi being the villian supporting raavan because kumbhakaran helped her escape from child prostituition
Yes!! That was an amazing plot point!
Nowadays people read books not for knowledge and exposure!!
But only for content making across!!!
I don't think so u have attained much from it!!
This show must go long long way.
Haha thank you!
Great
oh god, you should not give such huge spoilers :-P
Arrey! I mentioned when I was giving spoilers na.
Nice

Yes!! I totally agree!!
It is way too literal and he doesn't leave anything up to your interpretation.
