There might be some refills in used magic groups on Facebook or at dealers halls at magic conventions. You can always switch to using Smoke 2.0 instead but be warned, the ink dries up super fast on Smoke 2.0 making it usable only for a short period of time.

I went over to DisturbReality's apartment when he was living in Michigan about a little over a year ago to do a podcast on his channel. Sadly that episode never go to see the light of day on his channel.
Now that this is discontinued.. have you found any vape cartridges from a vape shop that will work with this?. I found a place to get smoke 2.0.. but for 75 I’m afraid to get it if o just have to throw it away when it runs out..
I haven't looked for any refill cartridges and I also own Smoke 2.0 as well. Check The Online Magic Shop. They have a lot of discontinued items that I was able to still purchase on there.

Definitely agree the ability to write with a pen is essential, less hassle than swapping out for an actual pen
The more I do gigs with Smoke, the more I realize I need to get Smoke 2.0. Doing the routine without a switch will be so nice.
I always liked the smoke addition to French Kiss, it adds that visual element.
