    My name is Michael Lockhart I am going to start watching your videos because I want to learn more about crappie fishing.

      @FishYanker  9 месяцев назад +2

      Thank you Michael. glad to have you aboard. A couple videos back I had a really good one teaching how to do the pull, stop and pause method which is very good to search for crappie. Works for me everywhere. it is a slow technique though so you have to be patient.

    I haven't seen ONE dark spawning crappie yet this season ● The weather here in GA just refuses to change over so the crappie have not even hit the banks yet

    I really enjoy watching your videos, but I am wondering why do you measure every one even when you know that they are long enough?

    • @FishYanker
      @FishYanker  9 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you. We don't have a length limit here But I only keep crappie over 10" personal preference. I also like to see about the size of crappie that I am catching. It also lets others know the size we are catching, in case they're interested.

      Yes sir thank you Bob Simms having some fun catching these slabs. I have been thinking about going after some more bluegill soon, it's about time. Ready for some of that delicious eating fish. I hope we catch some good shell crackers to go along with them. Yes I was glad to meet the subscribers at the lake Sam and Mr James. They do really good tying jigs and they have some great colors and the fish really like them. Can't wait to get out there again. Hopefully we'll get some big fat bluegills real soon.
