It does matter cause higher max health means the percentage goes down slower 1/100 is 1% 10/1000 is 1% takes more work even if you are right about the game going by percentage (which i dont think you are)
What is this garbage logic? More health does matter. It does give you an advantage (but obviously, if you too much health, you can still lose). But as @sniper9840 has said, it also affects super souls based on health percentage. So, the more health you have, the more room you have to play with.
I grabbed him because on my end it was entire hit frames and stutters from his end he looks like he's flawlessly dodging but he's not the only way I could hit him was grab and god fist
