I don't think the issue is you doing ads, it's the fact that you gained the majority of your suscribers from uploading vlogs regularly and now the only time you do so it is sponsored. That's the issue. Especially when you say that the ads are genuine but you say in a q&a that you have never used tampons and then you do an ad saying you use this specific brand.
