It also happens to be the filming location for a RUclips channel called "SoulSnack" - which makes skits involving police at a fictional department called "Mango City Police Department".
So Bodycam Declassified, this channel, has posted videos that are made to look like bodycams, but they feature the fictional "Mango City Police Department" and film at the same location as SoulSnack does/did. This is all made-up rage bait.
