I do have trading as business name which I use on my invoices and letterheads. My question is when opening account with Amazon under Business do I use my personal name or I can use Trading as business name?

I believe it is £0.20 per deposit made into the account or transfer made out of the account. Payments made using the card have no fees.

No I wouldn't! It can cause issues with Amazon brand registry. It's best practice to choose a unique brand name that no ones else is using on Amazon.
