    The first time that I watched one of your videos was in 2010. I was finishing the first English for communication course I’ve gotten. Thank you Drew! You helped me to improve in a way you cannot imagine. Then, when I started the English for professional course, I felt it so easy. And with time, now I am an English teacher at Keiser University.     I appreciate your patience, however, it's bit long too for watching a video. It would be great if you can simplify a bit on the theory and not repeating many times, I think repeat not more than three times is good as we are not a child, thanks again for your video, I think it is useful !

    When l was in middle school our english teacher would force us (whole class) to memorize 200 words's translations and to write each of them 3 times on a notebook furthermore we would repatie those 200 words every 3 days. After 3 days we began with 200 new words. I haven't forgiven him yet 😅

      I'm sorry, but A.J. Hoge is unbearable to hear, his voice is awful like he's screaming all the time, as if he wanted to terrify people. 😬 For me, it is impossible to listen to this so aggressive voice, unlike Drew's, although he might be a good teacher...😅☺️

    latin americans, who were born in america but grew up with parents who speak spanish only, speak english with a spanish accent. it's a hint that you don't speak your second language fluently.

      True, because your first language interferes with your second language. This even can happen even within one language where your local regional dialect will give you an accent while you try speaking the standard version of the language. I think those kids who CONSCIOUSLY pay attention and try to rectify can overcome this problem to a great extent although not entirely 100%.

    Children exposed to tourists speaking a language other than their native languge .Within few weeks they can communicate with tourists. Kids learn flexibly and more systematically than you can imagine . How that happens ? Allah knows and programmed them

    expose a learner to any language especially young children and they will use it . Children learn in ways that no American or British Guy can explain . You are just speaking what you think is true but that is totally wrong
