Hey Guys,
In this video I will tell you what is the Best Ceiling HEIGHT after False Ceiling. How you can decide and design false ceiling for small rooms & calculate the false ceiling height in smaller rooms and different factors to be considered while finalizing the false ceiling height.
Planning the correct false ceiling height is important because even a simple false ceiling design with a well thought out height can change the aesthetics of the room drastically which cannot be achieved by the best of best false ceiling designs with wrong heights.

Mam 165 sq yard House k liye best ceiling height kitni honi chaiye..jisse ventilation problem nhi na ho aur room small bhi na lge n false ceiling bhi acche se ho jaye.. 10' , 10.5 ', 11' ya 12'

I guess by tray u meant false ceiling band all around. Band drop of 6” is good from true ceiling in which u can easily have cove light ( running light)

8.6ft for commercial or residential?
If true ceiling is at 8.6ft in a residence, I would suggest to ditch it.
If it can’t be avoided than plan it partly in a small area depending on the layout.

Consider taking channel at 5 inches from true ceiling. But before finalisation of the light fixtures cross check at site available height for the same and choose accordingly..
