Kenya had/has an ego but she had nothing against Porsha until she called her the wrong title after begging her to come to her event, and then giving a passive fake apology. If you apologize like it was never a big deal "to you" then you're not really sorry, and Kenya is intelligent enough to see that. It has nothing to do with being either of their fans, it's more about what we were taught as kids. It's not a bad thing to genuinely apologize to people, whether it was on purpose or an accident. Someone is offended or hurt by you, you make it right, not passively and half assed.

I personally know the difference between Miss USA (She becomes the U.S representative that goes to Miss Universe) and Miss America (She wins the title and a scholarship among other prizes, and it’s the highest achievable title since its a nation-wide pageant), but it’s not that big of a deal! To the untrained person of course they could make that slight discrepancy of getting USA and America mixed up, a lot of people think that they’re interchangeable! Just like how it depends how you wanna call the U.S! Kenya was alright in correcting Porsha, but the snobbishly dismissive attitude afterwards and the confusing comparisons between this slight incident and calling the ‘First Lady of America’ the ‘First Lady of Zimbabwe’ instead is what makes Kenya the one who became the person in the wrong in this situation. 💁🏽♀️

No. Let's use LSU as a starting point. So for Miss America, ladies at LSU compete to become Miss LSU, then the winner competes in a second competition from several colleges in the state to become Miss Louisiana. So that happens in all 50 states and Washington DC. Those 51 compete to become Miss America and that is the end of the line. For Miss USA, it starts the same but the title is Miss LSU USA, then Miss Louisiana USA, then Miss USA, which goes on to compete for the title of Miss Universe.

There’s a difference between the two titles, but not everyone knows or is expected to know:
Miss America allows women ages 17 to 25 to compete and Miss USA allows competitors ages 18 to 28. Times have changed! Porsha has evolved and she has always had a bit of a booty. Why did Kenya get so mad years later over an incorrect title? I'm glad they finally squashed the beef I just wish it hadnt taken them so long to do so!
