My favorite are the NYX , Florence by Mills and Isadora here in Europe. I have to try the E.l.f. , Milani and Revolution ones but the first 2 are hard to get them !
LA Girl has some great cream/liquid blushes. They're quite pigmented and that mousse like texture that are very similar to the nyx sweet cheeks blushes.
At the recommendation of Drugstore Maven, I got the NYX Lingerie XXL to use as a blush. It’s a liquid lipstick, but works remarkably well as a blush. It’s very long wearing and highly pigmented like the NYX blush you showed here. It’s like the Rare Beauty liquid blushes which I really like. I love a cream or liquid blush but always look for something long wearing.
To my fellow Canadians: the Quo beauty liquid blushes at Shoppers are great! They're pigmented but easy the blend. They're a little bit dewy but no so much that they feel like lip gloss on your face lol. And they wear really well too. I just picked up the Burts bees liquid luminizer and im looking forward to mixing it in with those blushes.
Have you tried the Honest Beauty Cream Blush is Peony Pink? This is a staple for me year-round. I apply with ELF putty brush (stipple brush) as my last step and its gorgeous. So natural yet adds a special glow…
My favorite affordable cream blush is the Candy Paint from Half Caked. Buildable, blendable, dewy without being sticky, and the packaging is FREAKING adorable. They’re $10 from Amazon! I got the red shade, American Pie, and I think red blush is flattering on everyone and will be the next big trend.
If you do more videos like this, I would love to see pictures of the products on your skin/face, not just arm swatches! I would have loved to see the Profusion blush blended out
I love the Flower Beauty blush! I bought it last summer and didn't reach for it much because I was obsessed with my Tarte Exposed blush and my Elf de la soul face palette, but I've recently picked it up again and it's so nice! Super dewy and fresh.
Can I ask what shade you have and how long it lasts on you? I've heard nothing but good things about the Flower blushes and now that liquid/cream blush is so popular I really want to try it.
@@kellygreengables3936 Sure! I have Blackberry Crush. The staying power admittedly isn't that long, but it's so easy to carry along in your purse and touch up, even without a mirror. Very dewy healthy look.
Ok, saying that I was impatiently waiting for this video to come out would be an understatement!!! Wow!!! So many choices!!! Thanks for sharing your recs, Kelly!
I would have to agree with you Kelly, the Makeup Revolution super dewy blushes are so good! I just picked up that hot pink shade bc of you and omg, I love it! I had a coral one in the same formula previously and I like to mix them!
So excited to try the revolution and flower beauty liquid blushes! Would love to know your thoughts in the future on the elf putty blush, the pixi cream blush and the milani cheek kiss cream blush ☺
I have the Profusion Liquid Blush in Rose and it is very easy to work with and build up if you want to. I have been trying to get my hands on the Flower Beauty blush bomb in Bubbly because I want that lilac/cool pink shade! I also have my eyes on the Makeup Revolution shades as well.
After watching your video, I really feel like I need to start trying more of drug store cream/liquid blushes! Also, elf just came out with Luminous Putt Blushes, so I ordered two of the shades💖
Have you tried the elf putty blush? It has a bit of a silicone slip to it and a very thin texture and you can apply it in lots of different ways! One of my favourites and I'm not a huge blush lover lol
My recent favorite thing to do with my flower blush bomb in pinched is to scrape some of the Nabla skin glazing blush in Lola into it. Definitely been inspired to mix my blushes and highlights a bit more because of you 😂
I have 2 cream blushes that I rarely used, but I started using liquid lipsticks as cream blush. I love it and I find they last longer than products meant for cheeks.
I don’t have the profusion blush but it seems like you’d end up wasting some product because the applicator is so small that you can’t scrap any product from the sides or anything. I am very pale and I have the Milani blush in like a brown shade and it just blends to nothing on me. I also just don’t like the squeeze tube bc I always get too much product and the end tip always gets covered in product and messy. Which is my bad bc I should’ve watched more videos but I just kept hearing people rave about it so it got me excited 😅
this is the video i’ve been waiting for!! istg with your recommendations i’m gonna be so well-informed and ready for my shopping trip when i come to new york in july!
KELLY did you know Rose Inc is approved by leaping bunny!? I just happened to be looking through the list when I opened this video and spotted it on the app, and now I’m SO excited. Julia Adams has been talking about their blush for like 2 months straight at least and I’ve wanted to try it so bad 😲😲😲 ETA: also noticed that Halsey’s brand (about face) is also approved!! If you try either brand I would *love* to hear your thoughts
I love the Nyx blush. I do put it directly in my skin using the doe foot applicator and it works fine for me. I put two dots and work on one side at a time. Also, I’m pretty much if s beginner with cream/liquid products and I had no issues using it.
I used my NYX soft matte lip cream (well my Poundland/dollar store version) on my cheeks because I thought the colour looked weird on my lips. It was long wearing and that way I didn't waste the lip cream!
The profusion blushes look exactly like the she glam blushes, and they are the same price range. I have 3 of the she glam blushes, and I love them. Blending is key! 💖☺️
Wow great video! Thanks for the help I found it very helpful I found you by looking up the revolutions super Dewey blush I picked it up on sale at the price I couldn’t go wrong super happy with it so I thought I’d check out with everyone else was thinking but thanks you’re adorable to watch and I enjoyed your video I will check out some others
I've been so curious about the Profusion liquid blush, but I've hesitated because they're all matte, and I am iffy about matte blushes. I keep hoping they'll come out with a dewy line!
I wanted to love the Flower Beauty Blush in the stick but I found that it would wear off quickly. I ended up giving it to my teenage niece who loved it.
I really like the nyx sweet cheeks! I have the shade nude'tude. I have to disagree with you (sorry!) on some points. I'm pretty new to cream blushes, and I find this very easy to use. I put 3 dots directly on to my cheek area and blend with a damp sponge. However, I like a lot of blush so maybe someone who likes a softer look might not like applying this way. Thank you for the video, I've been looking to try more cream blushes and you have some good recommendations 😊
Have the dewy makeup revolution hot pink, the flower bubble pink and the nyx sweet cheeks in baby doll lol. The only powder blush I have is the covergirl pink blush you also recommended. I’m pretty much a liquid blush gal. Also, have pinkgasm 😂 this is hilarious I’m just realizing this. Btw want to get the new putty elf blush the luminous version. I need to stop lol
you look GORGEOUS!!! i have to try the profusion and the makeup revolution liquid blushes!!! question, are you wearing the regular tarte juicy or the plumping version??? ♥️♥️♥️
Thats why I don't really believe in declutters! Our tastes change and it's nice to go back to those products. I am now finding that I actually like some satin shadows and I used to despise them! And I used to only want colorful palettes and now I'm so into shimmery brown-toned shadows - it's crazy. I just go in phases with my preferences. I only get rid of something if it has gone bad lol... but I have a pretty big collection now. So I may "declutter" (sell on Mercari) products that I find to be poor quality compared to others that do the same thing.
Ughh which ones do I pick up? I may try Profusion since I've been loving them lately! I have the Milani cream one in nude kiss and enjoy it. Believe Beauty also has a great one! In pink and peach shades
The shade bitten from Flower Beauty blush bombs is extremely pigmented and hard to work with the rest are amazing bitten would definitely be better for someone with deeper skin tone
Have you seen Kelly’s instagram video where she mixes a cream blush with a luminizer? Maybe the bitten shade would be better if it’s mixed with something lighter

Ooh interesting tip! What’s the finish like?
I did the same with my soft matte lip cream (Poundland dupe)
If dries down to a skin like velvety stain kind of finish. Really nice!
I do this with many of my lipsticks, liquid and bullet! It’s saved me so much money during this cream blush trend.
