There a lot of luxury apartment that like 1300 to 1500 u didt have to go that high and it look the same as yours too get a one bedroom 1,199 u live Huston it’s cheap out there don’t over work urself
I appreciate this comment! I did extensive research before I came here and I’m not from here so I did the best I could with that info. Also, my lease isn’t up until next year so I’ll be making the best out of it 😌
I think when people move in on prorated rates sometimes they forget to set money aside for when it rises back to market rate. Some people leave and some choose to stay for various reasons. I’m sure she’ll find something in the future because you’re right there’s so many options here!
