A Must-Try food from Ghana !! Cooking delicious Akple with ADWOATOE stew in Ho. Akple is a staple food in volta region and mainly corn flour meal and it been served with yellow fish called ADWOATOE TADI.

Sindaco,Akple (various types) is eaten across Volta.The Ayikple and Dzenkple are special form of Akple that is prepared occasionally.They aren’t regularly prepared like the the regular Akple.People of Central Volta areas like Ho etc can also cook any form of Akple like Ayikple etc. All forms of Akple is eaten by Ewes ,whether living in the south ,central or Oti. There’s nothing like special Akple by Anlos.Ayikple and Dzenkple are signature food for Ewes.Some like it and some don’t.The ingredients and methods might differ.

For the hot akple, you have to eat it small small. Banku is different and it's eaten in a different way.
