They had no sooner reached the location when they saw a civilian car without police colors and special signals near Tanuki (sushi bar). Inside the car sat two men in strange uniforms that looked more like fishermen's uniforms than police uniforms. The passengers said that they were police officers and were conducting a special operation, but refused to show their IDs. When one of our guys tried to open the car door, the cop jumped out and started choking the activist with his knee on his neck, George Floyd style. Kirill Bunin tried to pull the policeman away, but only tore his T-shirt. At that moment, fellow police officers came running from the other side of the road. Opposite the sushi bar was the barracks of the GROM (thunder) police special anti-drug unit. The third arrested person did not commit any actions at all. Articles 213.2 and 318.1 of the Russian Criminal Code are imputed. The maximum term is up to five years.

Could prove difficult, landing there with a helicopter. But I didn't see any signs saying I'm not allowed to drive a skateboard over the illegaly parked vehicles, so that should be okay then.

The tactile tiles are to tell the blind and others of minimal sight that they are leaving the pedestrian area and going into the traffic area where there may be cars. It's basically a border between pedestrians and automobiles.
I am a retired building inspector and used to inspect the tactile tiles to make sure they were in the proper location to protect the people that need protection from automobiles. It is not a car ramp!
There is a particular group of people that can never admit that they're wrong or willingly part with as little as 60 rubles.

Can someone explain what exactly happened with Kirill and the guys? Why did they get 6 years in prison? I watched the videos where the guy from 'Grom' attacks them but what is/are 'Grom'? And on what basis did they get 6 yrs

They remodeled this space years ago. They cut the sidewalk in half and have spaces at an angle to the main road ,doubled the parking spots. It is only a few cars short of when they used it illegally.. Now it is obvious and the cars are unable to use this sidewalk. Old footage.
Krill, you and your friends do a great job, and I love watching your shows. But I do have to say you have your country has some really stupid and thick drivers. Anyway please keep the shows coming and I wish you luck in the public service that you do.
TBH those places are really wasted.

Just because people think that a space is a parking spot doesn't necessarily mean it's true. You need to know the rules and not assume that a line on the ground means it's a parking spot.
