Hey! I'm not her, but here are some SUPER BASIC tips that I feel like people forget about wayyy to often - keeping your windows and balcony closed (locked, if possible) when you're out. Pay attention to both balcony windows (if yours has them) and the actual door. I just feel safer when you CAN'T open/close it from the outside.
And also all the stuff about never opening the door/giving your address to anybody. I never even use a chain. But I feel like everyone should know it by now.
Hi, that’s great!! Yes, security is definitely important. Get an alarm system and always make sure you lock your doors (always double check). Also, I have interior cameras and other security systems for more protection

You use really too much products for your body care... Body has a natural boudari which protect it, and by using all of those products you destroy it... Furthermore, aren't you afraid by the cocktail effect ?
