I'm sure that's how they mean for you to learn, 15 minutes at a time, then take a break. I like that it's all in one video and I don't have to hunt all over the place trying to find everything.

Repeating each phrase 3 times in both languages, would allow the reader/listener to have more time to practice and remember, while writing down.
At the moment the transitions are a bit too fast.
