Hallo Sabine. Wie immer ein tolles Video und ich hoffe, es kommen noch einige dazu. Dank deinen Tips konnte ich einiges umsetzen bei der Bearbeitung der Fotos von der Fotoreise letzten Oktober. Danke.
This has been a great help.Would like to see the settings the photographer used on those lions.Cropping out the lions in that photo would be so difficult.Amazing photo i would freak out.....
Please keep producing these type of videos and all your educational tutorials and NP reviews that Pangolin visit. Your RUclips channel has been instrumental in me signing up for two Pangolin Photo Safaris to improve my wildlife photography. Keep them coming.
Thanks Sabine for a very interesting and helpful video. Keith’s shot of the lions is incredible and because of the intense eye contact with the centre lion, which I found mesmerizing, I didn’t really notice that there was some very slight motion blur on a couple of the other lions - I would be very happy to put up with a bit of blur in a shot like that. Anyway, hope to get some incredible shots like these when I am with you in January/February.
Thank you for choosing my high key elephant photo for your second critique video! I appreciate the professionalism of both your videos and your safari experience. I am already planning my return to Chobe!
How do you improve your wildlife photography? Go to Africa. The Chobe River brings many species together. We don't have that here in North America. We have to hunt for wildlife here. Botswana was my best wildlife experience with Pangolin. (11-21/10/2023) Charles was great!!!
All of your videos are top notch. I loved this one in particular. It is a classic critique for nature photos. Sabine uses the techniques that we use in our local camera club (Suncoast Camera Club - Safety Harbor, Florida - USA) to critique images. Several of us have been on safari photographing in Africa. I would like your permission to show Sabine's critique in a future camera club meeting. Please let me know. Thank you! -Dave-
Thank you Sabine. I just got back from Namibia and will hopefully have a few shots as dramatic as the ones you showed. I really like this type of information to improve my own photography.

I agree with all that you said, especially the last image of the silhouette of giraffes. Thank you these videos, I find them very helpful in improving my compositions! Happy New Year Sabine 🎉
Thank you Sabine. Great advices. Can the Pangolin hosts send you some selected images in order to get your comments and advices on them? If so under what conditions? Kindest regards Gastone
Dear Pangolin team! It was such a privilege to stay with you some days last October. Thanks a lot for picking my leopard cub for criticism. Love the idea of cooling down a bit the Leo. I'll keep it for my print ! Best regards
Hallo, KI zu verwenden um darzustellen was nicht da war finde ich nicht akzeptabel. Aber das ist nur meine Meinung. Ansonsten ist eine Bildbesprechung immer sinnvoll.
Sabine was using AI to show what the image could have looked like if shot differently.....quite a useful tool when applied in a tutorial I think dont you?
So happy my wife and I got the opportunity to come to Chobe and the Masai Mara with Pangolin this past August. We really enjoyed our first time in Africa.
I’ll be joining you at Chobe with my daughter in February. We picked your company because of videos like this. Looking forward to your help in improving my photography.
Thanks again Sabine - really helpful; very good choice of photos which highlighted a number of different perspectives, helps me think more, both in composition and edit! David
Thank you for these very helpful critiques. I learn a lot with videos like this! So many things need to be seen/thought of for a good image 😳. Thank you for helping me see what an image could need to be improved😊
Sabine, thank you for the critique of my lion cubs photo, I really appreciate your input and agree with you that a crop would improve the overall image. By the way the picture was taken early morning, before sun rise, I live in the west coast of the US hadn’t updated the time on my camera when I travelled to Botswana. Keith
Well that explains a lot!!! thought that was quite late to be out in the bunker hide...will remember to think about time differences next time. Its an incredible photograph and quite honestly very difficult to improve upon. Congratulations.
Which of these images caught your eye? Let us know in the comments below.
Love the critiques. And that lion photo at Dinaka was fantastic. I liked your crop.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love these type of videos. Really helps me understand what to do to improve my own images. Thank you, Sabine!

Congratulations to Keith for the lion line... what a shot!
Wasnt it just!!!
I prefer the full line. But I think it's a dream shot to so many photographers. I would have it would have printed in panoramic. A dream shot

You become lazy! I`ll do everything later! Big sensor....I crop; I replace a bad background or blur it etc..@@PangolinWildlife

Es ist schwierig, weil die Grenzen fließend sind. Wie weit man da gehen will, muss jeder für sich selbst beantworten.@@heinzlorent5777
