Teleport was fine when it did not give you were able to cancel it and it was instant after the channel, now it’s just worse by a lot

The only fun thing about the new teleport is being in the jungle or mid lane and seeing the orb fly past and being like "uh oh where is that going"
I will say it does have its funny moments with that😂

The worst part of the new teleport is that minions can die while teleporting. One of my favourite strats was teleporting to the last minion under a tower so it would keep aggro while my team finished it off.
I miss the brief period of time when you could teleport mid-fight and not take damage or get interrupted, until that was quickly patched out too lol. Was like 6 or something years ago

how about not being able to use tele to sneak into a fight or a gank since now anyone can see the flying orb around the map and ping the direction that its going
no longer can you tele and have enemy guess were you are going you might aswell just type in all chat yo ima tele bot or im going to tele top it lost its element of surprise
secondly you now get an exact timer of when someone is going to tele so lets say you are pushing a lane before if u saw someone tele u would back off since they could arrive at any sec and kill you forcing you to stay and try to clear the wave and possibly die or leave and miss an entire wave
now u have an exact timer giving u and idea of exactly how much time you have most times even if im at 1 hp i can still clear an entire wave and just leave 1 sec before they arrive and im safe
to me those two mechanics are alot worst than saving a dam minion also because of that you shouldnt be using tele on a minion i cant even count the times ill be full hp as shaco pushing a lane just to have the enemy tele to a minion i kill that minion and then wait till 1 sec before their tele finishes q so im stealth when they arrive ult wile stealth and basically 1 shot them as soon as they arrive to lane lol making them fall behind and wasting teleport
Anivi air is crazy considering theres a custom skin that turns anivia into a boeing

thats why i simply use it to go back to lane
tbf tp was overtuned, second best laner spell after flash. You only didnt use it if you really could utilize ignite, or if you absolutely needed something else to make up for a weakness (like ghost for juggs or barrier for adcs)

@serily4524 TP advantage was real. It didn’t really bother me because I was part of the group that used it but if you have any sense you could tell it was way overused. Obviously flash never gets nerfed so it had to be toned down.

@Drax-Striker "Staple" where? IN PRO PLAY, In solo Q the pick rate is higher sure, but the winrate doesn't suggest that it was OP at all LOL. Anyone say TP "Broken" in SoloQ environment are clueless and just repeating some pro or content creator. The fact that even after they gutted TP things barely change prove that it's not because TP is powerful but it's the ONLY marco focus Spell in the game no matter how good or bad it is, it will still be the only options. That's why it's dominating the game.

@InnerTriggerer Pretty contradicting statement here. You say it's not staple but then you say nothing has changed and people still run TP primarily. And yeah TP is strong because it turns out having better numbers in a fight = good chance your team will with the fight. League is a game of macro and knowing where to be on the map and when to drop a wave or recall to be early to an objective, etc. TP being strong even after countless nerfs is a symptom of League's core design.

I was fine with how TP was after the no TP in first 10 mins change. Not sure why they felt it needed a harder nerf.
@Joonixx cause tp in midlane negates any early advantage you can get. It created a bad play pattern in mid.
You know similar to how riot decided to only let junglers take smite because it created a bad play pattern when non junglers took it for cheese strategies.

To be fair, once people realized what kind of ward tp plays you could make on the bot lane as a top or mid, they all picked teleport, and bot was just who could bait or not trigger the enemy tp. Now tp is more like "I'm tping to catch minions"

because it was a strategy, it didn't mean it was a broken item, just because people used it a lot didn't mean it was broken, its a balanced item that deserved 0 changes, you cant cope with the fact u lack skill so u complain about balanced things so u could have an easier time, just get better

Only thing I'd add is after the announcement on a delay due to a thunderstorm is Voli's voicelines of "I'm a god of thunder", "my thunder roars!", and then showing him needing to sit down because nothing happens.
