Joe Biden's remarks on the "terrorist attacks" will follow his earlier statement that the US will provide "all appropriate means of support" to Israel.

I hope the US has the influence on the Israeli decision to convince them stop the occupying more Palestinian lands and start peace initiative sooner than later.
