Im afraid you are wrong......what about, Paul, Jinpachi, Heihachi etc.......Martial Law has few frame advantage moves and his lows are all launch punishable...the DSS is tricky to Just frame....at a noob level...yes, these characters are scrubby, but the fact is, all their lows are seeable, and launch punishable......please think about what you say, before just spewing random nonsense.
If u watch the game well, u see that guy using eddy and christie is using the moves sensible. I use christie and eddy and all those moves he did i can repeat aswell. Basically people who say those characters are easy to use is probs bcuz they play against ppl that just play for the first time and just do random shit. The people who know how to play use moves that they know and dont spam.
They may not be easy but the capos do 80% of the work for the player. Most of their moves crush insanely...even Mids. And unlike nearly every other character, most combos that you get will be floats....when they go relaxed you have to think about what they are going to do....and whether it will be a counter....both change how you will combo them and you have to adjust accordingly, I know the characters aren't easy to use and the capo combos are quite tricky to nail down to a tee....but in my opinion they are 2nd tier offline, and top tier online.
