So, you all remember that short low-poly animation I made a while back? Well, I extended it...and I've been trying to edit the sounds in ever since. I think it came out pretty okay. What do you all think? :D (also, read the video description for the short synopsis)
It's really accurate with the details on the characters and you can even see them breathing while flying midair. The sounds also pair up with the animation perfectly and the entire thing doesn't have ONE visible mistake at first glance. I love it!
This was actually my version of a battle I imagined before HTTYD 3 came out. I wanted this to be the ending battle of the third film. Glad to see it nicely animated.

When I saw him in the third movie for the first time my first thought was like: Uhhhhh, why are you here and rooting for Toothless when he literally broke one of your tusks? LOL
I had the biggest, stupidest grin on my face watching this. You have no idea. I love how Toothless called off Drago's Bewilderbeast to prevent him from killing the Green Death. Awesome work with the storytelling aspect! And the animation is honestly very smooth & decent, even for being low-poly. 👌

The way you blended the different soundtracks is so seamless, I barely even noticed that they were from different movies at first. Correct me if I'm wrong, but did you pick them starting with the first movie and going up? Seeing as it starts with the battle theme of the Red Death and ends with The Hidden World
I actually scaled the dragons in this short to be as accurate as possible to the movies. When I Googled it, the Red Death came up as 999 ft (304 meters) long, and the Bewilderbeast as 520 ft (158.5 meters) long…and that’s what is says in the Ultimate Guide to the Dragons book. So, I didn’t think my Red Death was THAT oversized 😬
