If anyone watching this is curious…the PSK course that Ryan mentions is fantastic. Dan, Ryan, and Todd are thoughtful and engaging instructors. Take it with them and you won’t be disappointed!
This is great guys, and the discussion about clarifying workflow through analysing policies between statuses reminds me of the discussion in PSM II of the kind of incremental DoD exercise there. Good stuff!
Guys, you are both awesome. Question for a video: Every time I jump in a Squad, they do refinement however I never see it mentioned on the Scrum Guide. Where can I find refinement education and principles?
Great video! I think my first real Agile project will be Kanban, and I will pull in elements of Scrum. I suspect my co-workers think Kanban is a board. It might be easier to start with Kanban since I am not sure that developers have been exposed to Scrum, etc., and people just kind of get thrown into the PO role yet.
Another great video. Need your expert opinion on following question. In light of software development work, how to identify the 'start point'? Is this the point when we start refining the story or start writing the code? My team asked me this question. The team is in favor to consider to refinement as 'start point' of the story. I would like to know your expert opinion. Thanks

The sentence that kanban board mostly displays how the current mechanics of flow are defined is brilliant.

Would love to see the Scrum Values incorporated into the Kanban Guide! Can you dig deeper into the concept of Scrumban? Thank you!
