The last guy used his own 11 month old baby as a hostage, and pointed a gun at the police knowing full well there would be a shootout and still had the baby with him. People never cease to find more ways to be evil and ignorant.
Those officers are better than I am. After scooping up the baby, I'd be like... "We have the baby, but we lost sight of the suspect" "I'm right here, bruh, I'm bleeding bad!" "Did you hear something?"
are you sure? it looks more like an Allied Universal security uniform which amazon also employs, crazy he was trying to kill the armed security, imagine what that guy had planed if he succeded

That officer that jumped out the car and dropped both of them! Amazing reaction time getting out of the death box is important I don’t wanna get trapped behind a dash
As someone who used to be a maintenance guy at an amazon, I always thought Amazon's security was so dumb and backwards. They have metal detectors on the way out but literally nothing on the way in. They're more worried about losing product than a shooting.
@AlWorth9738 You're right. I've worked in dozens of warehouses for dozens of different companies, and only one of them gave us training for a sh00tr and made sure no one could bring anything inside the facility, it took minutes just to be cleared to go inside and past two detectors. Every other company only focused on having as little trust as possible in their employees.
Props to the 1st dispatcher in the history of dispatchers to play that call like she was a friend of hers. Not, screaming, being inconvenienced and acting like a complete idiot. Give that woman an award, and promote her to train the nation of dispatchers.
As a former 911 operator it is NOT standard procedure to do this, at least not in all departments. However, common sense is, don't agitate the suspect any further. Good on her. She's obviously got tons of experience and handles that extremely well.
Bro was three or four feet away, stanced properly, had a two-handed grip, all the element of surprise, was aiming at a completely stationary target, and still missed. Bro has the most Stormtrooper aim I have ever seen.
I'm surprised that it worked, because through all of tgat U've just been thinking I could never stay that calm if I was witnessing over the phone someone threatening to kill a friend of mine!
He only missed because he flinched right before he pulled the trigger and the gun went left that security guard is beyond lucky every angel was watching
it's training. that's all. that same training had her say "how can i help you?" in a tone far too professional to have been a friend calling, and should have been an immediate red flag for anyone above a room temperature IQ.
Sorta. She was still too officious in her speech and it was paper thin. Now if she'd gone "this is Kim, who the fsck are you?" or something more casual the guy wouldn't have been suspicious. Still, I give her credit for thinking fast and trying. Improvisation isn't easy and she did better than most operators I've heard on these videos usually do.
This dispatcher on the third call is a fuckin' boss. She immediately knew what to do. I hope dispatch gets administrative leave after situations like that as well!
They don't even get a break after the call, just on to the next one. Often you don't even know the outcome unless you see something on the news later that day.
Man, that Amazon supervisor was BLESSED by God, every single saint, every single angel and every single soul in Heaven that day. Jam on the first attempt, miss on the second even if it was almost impossible to miss at that range. What the hell.
tbf getting shot is probably scary as hell, especially when you see your own blood pooling around you. Seeing how they were shooting at other people shows they must not have known what that could feel like.
What's that Keshawn, you can't breathe?!? That's because your lungs have holes in them sweetie... Meanwhile woman claims she didn't know either of the guys, but she has a child by each of them...
I once worked as a Security Guard at an Amazon fulfillment center. I was completely unarmed and all I really did was inspect restrooms to make sure there was no vandalism. I couldn't imagine why someone would feel the need to execute someone who is unarmed and just inspects restrooms.
I’ve been on both sides of the issue. I’ve been the dispatcher and I’ve been the dude on the street. Imagine trying to picture five dimensions of reality based on the word someone is giving you over the phone Keep in mind most of the people that talk to you on the phone are either outright lying or confused and her not giving you proper information I will not tolerate people disrespecting dispatchers.
