    Amazing performance. One of the most underrated albums. The problem with Spiritual Healing is that it is sandwiched between two bonafide classics in Leprosy and Human. Saw Death at Lamours in Brooklyn, NY in 1990.

      SH is the turning point.

    • @megatop412
      @megatop412 Год назад +2

      That is the general consensus about Leprosy being the more significant release, but I heard SH before Leprosy and always thought the opposite and thought SH was a MUCH better album. They share the same or very similar production and only 1 member is different between the two, and SH is clearly the stronger release (better songwriting, JM on leads, etc.). I agree it is underrated

    Leprosy is a great album. If you prefer Spiritual Healing that is your choice. And I don't have a problem with that but to say it is way better? That is completely off base. And that you heard Spiritual before Leprosy makes me wonder how long have you been into Death? Personally I love both albums but if I had to choose the best album it would be either Screm Bloody Gore or Leprosy.

      Have you never heard of death to all before? 😂 its all previous members minus the singer, who also was/is in cynic of all bands. 😂 seen them live in UK in 2015 and it was identical to seeing death vids online and to keep chucks legacy on going. ❤

      @heathertiller3644 Год назад

      @@MrKezzaRHCP I know that but he also sounds nothing like Chuck. Was Chuck Schuldiner not the lead vocalist of the band, Death? Is the vocalist of a cover band not really supposed to sound like the real singer?

    • @MrKezzaRHCP
      @MrKezzaRHCP Год назад +1

      @@heathertiller3644 I think you're deffo clutching at some straws here. He's pretty similar and he does try to change his vocals for each era of death through a gig. His vocals aren't bad. And they aren't stupidly dissimilar to chucks. You'd have a much bigger problem if he wasn't using the same kind of guitar as chuck. Thats an iconic sound. Be grateful we get to hear and appreciate chuck through his old bandmates :)

      @MrKezzaRHCP Год назад +1

      @@heathertiller3644 yeah, we deffo disagree on that. I for one don't see them as a cover band but an extension of the band death given they are are previous band members. So I think of it as death, but with different vocalist/guitarist. Thats my advice to help enjoy them more. They play a killer set live, id recommend grabbing a chance to see them. All the best!
