We made huge progress on our Chevy Spark over the last few weeks. With finishing front and rear suspension plus mounting the engine and transmission we are getting closer to going for @CleetusM World Record.

In my opinion you should NOT powder coat the cage, just clear it the titanium looks so amazing. Show that off as much as possible. Amazing build gentleman!
How about before adding a clear to the titanium, give it some heat so it has that blue hue

I'm trying to get him to do a collaboration with sleeper dude from the sleeper dude Channel with his son who has a small Ford fiesta😮😮😅😅 they race the fiestas overseas as rally cars and put like 700 horsepower under the hood.😅😅 I want to see them stuff of 500 big block or a coyote with a supercharger or a procharger under the hood of sleeper dudes son ralphie's fiesta.. I think that would be one hell of a collaboration and I think it would be cool as hell Chevy versus Ford

The starlets are the most hideous sounding creations on earth. I won’t say they look ridiculous in case someone here is super sensitive and their feels are hangin out. 😂
@krustymudracerI think sleeper dude channel is one of the most wholesome channels next to my little homestead bro. If you've never checked them out I've been watching my little homestead for years and these people with their children have built something totally amazing in the desert. But I'm a super fan of sleeper dude man I think that would be such an epic mashup. No one ever thought they would see Billy the Kid and Kyle over at boosted boys. Yeah thats not ideal, I always press stuff in with some pb blaster so that it goes in nicer, also prevents the part from rusting in over time

You can tell that Cameron is an absolute sponge of knowledge when ever he speaks with Danny about fabrication. Danny is an absolute master of his craft.
Cameron has been doing this a lot longer the Danny and has taught Danny, then Danny has shown his own personal skills by using that knowledge and his previous experience.
Lol wtf? Welcome newbie. Danny is skilled and knowledgeable, but cam is more knowledgeable about building racecars. Hence CJRC

BTW, what a great thing youtube is. You build this racecar shop, and because of youtube, you're able to mostly stop building racecars for people, and just dedicate yourselves full-time to building whatever crazy-ass thing that comes to mind! And we all get to watch the entire process!

Nifty trick to heat up a bearing if you don't have a induction heater is to wrap it up in a paper towel and put it in the microwave... It gets good and hot and in most cases drops right on.
Crazy staring at that bearing while he was pressing it in no face shield no safety glasses lol I don't even think he was squinting haha
Just need to get the bearing hot to the touch, and the axle will slip in there like a cock in a sock..

Pressing it in is nothing, the force it takes to remove it, that's when you need to be scared.
If you have ever used a press you would understand that having safety glasses on is just something else that is going to get dragged through the hole the part makes through you

When you don't have room for steering rack , there's always the pitman arm option . People talk crap about the handling of Pitman arms steering . But I've owned several Jeeps with that and they all turned and handled just fine .

This thing needs a cargo carrier on top of it. As low as it is, that would actually look really cool. Not a rack, the full fiberglass carrier.

Get your self a bunch of Timelapse cameras to capture your work and then you can use them to make sure you’re showing the work. We were building my son a new car until I got injured and I had health issues and I was stuck in the hospital for a month and I have not gotten back on my feet again yet.

Man great build! But pressing the bearing on the axle, watching it pop as it was going down gave me chills. He was inches from it and no safety glasses! Pressing something with that much pressure definitely requires safety glasses...

Heat up those bearings (3-400 degrees) and it will drop right onto the shaft.
Factory seatbelt mounting locations would be a really strong mount point.

More shops should do stuff like this, perhaps a specific class should be made. Making a promod chassis in small cars is a good way to show off your engineering prowess.
That solo bass is straight out of "Moon Patrol" (and it sounds weird at 1.5x playback).
You need to warm that bearing up first help it go on easier

Your an absolute beast putting your face 6 inches from a hyd. press... especially with so many different pieces... Safety glasses won't even matter at that range. =/

Should do an oversized hood scoop that allows you to see the engine
Have carbon fiber plates that can be added for style around on the suspension and frame and illuminate the engine. Be cool to make LED lights go from a low red to intense bright red the higher the RPM of the engine. Would look awesomer as frigg on the burnout pad at night. Should have pipes coming straight through the hood and some awesome wrap. That car is awesome.
