Because in our clgs no teacher are demonstrating nor we are able to perform on patients even after reading books...if cases explanation comes with demonstration...it will be very very helpful for upcoming final year students.. atleast no will fail like me even after too many efforts

Sir could you please confirm the location of deep ring. Is it mid-inguinal point or mid point of inguinal ligament.
S das says mid inguinal point, i.e. asis to pubic symphysis.

The deep ring is 1.25cm above mid inguinal point i.e btwn asis and ps not pt. 28:00 sec

Sir if we can request students especially pgs to make videos of general surgery ortho and medicine examination and demonstrations of each sign in individual case .....in any white army video if they presentating case please add clinical examination video ( ofcourse with consent and blurring face of patients).. because in recent surgery praticals I read swelling hernia but examiner asked me demonstration I couldn't do just confused ...may be that could be the reason I was failed
