I was born in "41 so I didn't get to see Cary Grant's earlier films, but I enjoyed all of his later films. He was ONE OF A KIND for certain! I didn't need to know about his personal life, I just enjoyed what I saw on the silver screen; also now, all of his reruns!

CARRY GRANT HAS ALWAYS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE IN EVERY WAY, HUMANS. I THINK WE COULD HAVE ENJOYED HIM FOREVER. DAMN STROKES ANYWAY! BUT THE BODY SEEMS IT HAS TO FIND A REASON TO GO WHEN OUR TIME IS UP. BUT ON FILM WE'LL HAVE HIM AND ALL OUR PRECIOUS ACTORS FOREVER. GOD BLESS YOU OUR "DEAR HOLLYWOOD." MAY YOUR STREETS BE "FOREVER PAVED IN GOLD!"

People born between 1900 up till 1940. Seem to have suffered young with ( Tuberculosis Menitis ) And some died at a very young age or in their later years because in the 1900s and 10 and 20s penicillin Was not invented yeat. If so it would have saved loads of lives. I could be wrong about the year penicillin was invented. But to those who died of Tuberculosis so so young rest in peace AMEN🙏🕊🦋🌹GODBLESS THEM.🕊🕊🕊🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🕊🕊🕊🕊💐🙏🙏🙏🙏

"...was not who we thought he was."
    Did I miss that part?
If this was instead a review of Mr. Grant's remarkable screen contributions, it meets the challenge, although it seems that mention should have been made of 'An Affair to Remember' and 'Charade'.
Indeed, it can be said that Cary Grant's contributions will endure alongside those of Bogart, Cagney, Tracy and Stewart.

The title of this item suggests that we will be told the way in which he was, other than the Cary Grant that we knew him to be.
