I love the episodes where they're just being silly the whole time. I feel like this one was filmed at the end of the day on a Friday and everyone was just done, it's great.

I can confirm with Rhett that my family had milk with every meal growing up despite me being very lactose intolerant. And yes, we are in the Midwest

My grandpa was from Wisconsin, whenever we were staying with him we would have milk with every single meal 😂 my favorite was next day pizza with a glass of milk.
It’s because they were trying to promote milk or some thing. I remember it being all over the school with posters. of got milk.

Every year for my birthday when i was a kid i was allowed to pick any restaurant i wanted, always Red Lobster, always the popcorn shrimp
As a person neither from the Midwest nor the south, I also grew up with milk for basically all meals. Convincing my parents to let me have even water instead took until my teenage years because of the whole "milk makes strong bones" thing.
Yup. My mom still drinks milk for most of her meals. Now for me the thought of milk with like, meatloaf, gives me the heebie jeebies
I’m not sure how but I convinced my dad I hated milk and they stopped making me drink it. More for him I guess. But he was the drink it straight from the carton type.

Not sure I've ever met a kid who would voluntarily eat that Cheesecake Factory kids meal.
Me as a cheesecake factory cook say the same thing every time I get that order on my screen
My kids would. Okay they would need something on the broccoli 🥦 but in general they slay some salmon and potatoes and cheesy or buttered broccoli. But it would be more well received if it wasn’t so bland lol
To be fair I liked salmon and absolutely loved steamed broccoli as a kid 😅 we never went to Cheesecake Factory when I was growing up but I would’ve liked it

They likely already set an agreement with the company that they have to hold up to and considering that gmm has specific ppl working on sponsorships you shouldn’t assume that those ppl actually know about better help being a bad company Rhett and Link might not even know about these sponsorships until they start filming
Link finds the weirdest ways to under score a dish. Every meal is from the kids menu but complains you have to be under 12 to order it and complains what you’ll look like eating it. Lol
Some places let adults get them though. The first one is a legitimate thing to consider. If they don’t let you eat the kids meal inside that’s a definite negative for this.

I grew up in Illinois in the 80’s and 90’s and can confirm that milk was a staple beverage for meals at my house.
I'm from Sweden and it's still a staple, though mostly for kids.
At this point Rhett and Link are keeping me alive. A purpose to wake up and eat a good breakfast that I cook for myself with love.😊 Love yall

Both my parents grew up getting milk at meals. My mom in particular learned about the importance of water later and had to work on introducing more of it into her daily routine, because her parents were such sticklers for milk. She grew up in Ontario, Canada. My dad grew up in Colorado, USA. They raised us on drinking lots of water; milk was too expensive to just drink straight daily, plus there was controversy going on about how healthy milk actually was when I was growing up. My grandparents still insisted on serving us milk at dinner though!

I am old so this was the mid 1960s: I ordered shrimp from the kids menu and my mom thought that was weird because she didn’t think I knew what shrimp were. I proceeded to eat the shrimp tails and all and I loved it. Lots of kids love shrimp even with tails. My kids certainly did.

I love these food ranking episodes. I come back and watch other ranking videos occasionally. They make the food look so good for whatever reason, and they appear to be genuine in their evaluations. I like steamed broccoli with shredded cheese on top.

I and my brother never drank milk as kids, but I'd say 90 percent of kids in rural Finland in the 80s did, and a lot of thf grown ups did, too. Everyone thought we were weird for choosing water or juice. Now that I think about it, we were weird. We still are. 🤔
