  • When the analog input signal enters the PLC you will have to scale it in your PLC program.
    What scaling means is that you convert the raw value from the analog input to engineering or Scale value.

    Sir aapne bahut achche tarike ae samjhaya hai...par mera ek doubt hai ki jab main Siemens plc s7400 me FC105 me analog scaling block ka use karke scaling kiya aur usi plc aapke bataye huye formula se scaling kiya to dono ke output value me 25,30 ka difference aa raha hai aisa kyu sir..

      I think you are setting wrong range of InRawMin and InRawMax value of analog input module.
      This range "InRawMin and InRawMax value" will be different from module to module, please refer to the analog input module's manual.
