I just can't believer that I just watched whole 28 mins try to listen how you organizing your wording and description for the properties . good talent to be a tv host lol .
Hey jett i’m a bit confused about Songkran in thailand and idk if you have the answer. They’re saying there will be no alcohol sales at “venues.” Does that mean bangla road will have absolutely no bars open for Songkran?
Condos you can own outright if they're within the condo project's foreign quota. See this video on how to legally acquire a house in Thailand as a foreigner: ruclips.net/video/OuLwuL0MFI0/видео.html
@JJ Mitchell Yes, you can legally own land in Thailand through the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) incentive programs. As far as I know, this is the only way a foreigner can legally own land in Thailand. I attended a legal seminar in Bangkok a few years ago that was presented by heads of legal departments in Universities and relevant Thai authorities. The 2-day seminar covered everything from how you measure the land/condo you own to BOI opportunities.

No doubting they are beautiful properties but why would you pay $1m for something you can't own or have I been miss informed? Just curious.
