These “pro” commentators sure know how to make it sound like the field is just horrible. I don’t understand why when the mic gets out in front of em, they are quick to critique every decision a player makes, they also never let the sound of the game play out, meaning they don’t ever STFU and fill every single seconds with there “all knowing” blabber! Dude, didn’t you used to be one of those pros?! Still are?! So chill TF out and get humble again! What also sucks is the fact that the feature card on here is always the much better produced next day coverage….so enjoy this C- coverage to watch the same card with A-team Jomez/Ccdg/gatekeeper, yeah I’m out!

Sure beat him up. Gotta wonder what else is going on when someone takes a single bad round THAT BAD. I've gone straight up Nikko on a bad putt during a solo practice round because of other things in my head/life.
That world ranking list makes no sense. How is ricky on top when calvin has won twice this year and him none.

Ultimately raised baskets and artificial OB is ruining the legitimacy of professional disc golf. Especially artificial OB in circle 1.
I'm curious to hear the pro comments after the event. Looks like a poorly designed course with a lot of dumb ob.

No offense, but its been 35 years, and is still super niche, doing things you don't see all the time makes for good viewing. Elevated baskets are harder to hit, especially in wind. I adds another skill. Seeing long bombs with no accuracy needed is boring.
Still several players under par with more than brutal OB inside the circle on many holes.. thats basically the way to make the game closer to scoring par average without 10' wide tunnels and then those courses are hard to spectate
Agree it's not fun to watch when luck is a high factor. Like Calvin landing in C1 and skip on a little rock in the mud and OB here we come. OB should NEVER be inside C1 and have woodchip in C1 so get rid of unlucky skips. Don't like the super aggressive OB everywhere not fun to watch at all
The OB lines are a bit ridiculous. It seems like a hard course without the OB.
Great Commentary guys I'd rather hear Pro Disc Golfers than others who just have some basic knowledge about Disc Golf.

for anyone curious about this course; yes it is truly as amazing as it is hyped up. i live an hour from here and make sure to visit every so often. there’s 3 playable courses and all of them are fantastic with the maintenance team doing a fantastic job throughout every course. the views are spectacular and it is my favorite disc golf destination so far that i’ve visited. i highly recommend anyone who loves disc golf to plan a trip and play these courses as well as enjoy the area
The camera work is terrible.
To be fair its pretty tough to capture all the right angles with elevation so present

This is so much more entertaining than watching Jomez at Music City with their new pretend live scoring check in format that completely defeats the advantage of watching post production... I think I'm going to start paying for this instead of watching post produced now
Jomez is antiquated. They need to become ESPN and stop doing single card coverage.
That's what I did.
@@adamc2837 not sure Jomez will get the right to show other cards since live coverage is improving. I think Jomez and GK Pro are better off branching out away from tournament coverage after this contract ends. Id prefer post production mashed up with no commentary a week after the tournament.

Why does PGtv only round 1? Thats kinda cheap for a live service in post-coverage.

This is a true testament to just how out of this world good Jomezpro coverage is
You can't compare a long put with an accurate maximum distance throw. Must be much easier to make a put from 55 ft than to land a disc inside the circle from a tee shot +500 ft.
Ricky and Gurthie's tee shots on hole 9 are legendary. Look at those disc choices and making the line they aimed for. Also taking the slope on the left of the basket into account. Those throws were truly at the highest possible level.
Throw of the day should never be a put. Not if it's like at least +130 ft or something. These days the pro's hits metal almost everytime inside circle 2.
